By using this website and placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order if details cannot be verified or an item is unavailable, and will refund any payment made in that case.
Pricing
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and may change without notice. Custom, bulk and export orders are quoted separately.
Products
Leather is a natural material, so grain, shade and texture can vary slightly. Product photos are for reference.
Payment
Payment is by Cash On Delivery, bank transfer, PayPal or card using links we provide. Orders paid by transfer are processed once payment is received.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery and return terms are set out on our Policies page and form part of these terms.
Intellectual Property
The Yasfa Leather name, logo, text and photos belong to Yasfa Leather and may not be copied or used without permission. Brand logos supplied for private label orders remain the property of their owners.
Limitation of Liability
Yasfa Leather is not liable for misuse of products, for protective gear used outside its intended purpose, or for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Protective clothing reduces but cannot eliminate the risk of injury.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
