Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan with Cash On Delivery. A delivery estimate is shared when we confirm your order on WhatsApp, and depends on your city and the product.
Worldwide export and bulk shipments are quoted separately. Courier details are shared when available.
Order Confirmation
Every order is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch. We may contact you to verify size, colour, address and payment method.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
Unused items in original condition can be exchanged. Custom or branded orders made to your specification cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Cancellation
You can change or cancel an order before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. Custom and bulk orders follow the terms agreed at the time of order.
Payments
We accept Cash On Delivery, bank transfer, PayPal and card (Stripe). For bank transfers, send the receipt on WhatsApp. For PayPal and card payments we share a secure payment link. This website does not store any card details.
Product & Care
Leather is a natural material, so grain, shade and texture can vary slightly from photos. Follow our care tips to keep your item looking its best.
Privacy
We collect your name, phone number, address and messages only to process and deliver your order and answer your questions. Your cart and wishlist are saved in your own browser. We never sell your information.

Bulk & Private Label Orders
Pricing, sampling, advance payment, production time and shipping for bulk orders are agreed with you in writing or on WhatsApp before production begins.
