How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, open checkout, fill in your delivery details and choose a payment method. Your order is sent to us on WhatsApp for confirmation.
Which payment methods are available?
Cash on delivery, bank transfer, PayPal and card (Stripe). If a payment link is not shown, we will send it to you on WhatsApp.
Do you offer Cash On Delivery?
Yes, Cash On Delivery is available across Pakistan.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched we can change or cancel it.
How do I track my order?
Use the Order Tracking page or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and phone number.
Will I get a confirmation?
Yes. We confirm every order on WhatsApp before dispatch.

What leather do you use?
Genuine leather. Our biker suits use top-grade full-grain cowhide, typically 1.2 to 1.4 mm thick.
What is the difference between full-grain and top-grain?
Full-grain keeps the natural surface of the hide and is the most durable. Top-grain is lightly sanded for a smoother, more even look.
What sizes and colours are available?
Most products come in all sizes for men and women, in different colours. Message us for your requirement.
Are your jackets for men and women?
Yes. Fashion, fur and varsity jackets are available for both men and women.
Where are your products made?
Everything is designed and manufactured in Sialkot, Pakistan, a city recognised worldwide for leather craftsmanship.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes. Send us a sketch or a reference photo on WhatsApp or book a meeting.
Bulk & private label
Do you accept bulk and wholesale orders?
Yes. We are manufacturers and exporters with a production unit that can produce goods in bulk within your delivery period.
Can you put my brand logo on the products?
Yes, suits, jackets, gloves, shoes and wallets can be made with your own brand logo.
How do I get a wholesale price?
Send a bulk enquiry on the bulk order page or WhatsApp us with the product, quantity and destination country.
Do you export worldwide?
Yes, export shipping is available. We will explain options and timelines when you send your enquiry.
Can I get a sample first?
Sampling is part of the private label process. Contact us to discuss the sample for your product.

Shipping & returns
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your city and the product. We share an estimate when we confirm your order on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, with Cash On Delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
Can I return an item?
Unused items in original condition can be exchanged. See our Policies page for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, on request, mostly for bulk and export orders.
Care & sizing
How do I clean a leather jacket?
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking leather or using harsh cleaners.
How often should I condition leather?
Once or twice a year is usually enough, depending on use and climate.
What if my leather gets wet?
Blot with a towel and let it dry naturally, away from heaters and direct sun.
How should I store a leather jacket?
On a wide, padded hanger in a cool, ventilated place. Do not store leather in plastic bags.
